You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition. If the product you received is not working properly, please immediately contact email@example.com.
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org where our customer support team can assist you with your return. We appreciate any and all feedback so we can make sure to improve in the future.
Even if you return your device there are still some safety features available in the app for you to use if there is an active subscription. Please confirm if you'd like your subscription canceled when contacting us to return your device.
Please note, invisaWear keychains that come with pepper spray are not eligible for returns or refunds.
You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact email@example.com. Please include your order # and the item you'd like to exchange it for. Once we receive the item, our team will process the exchange order and you will be notified.
Please note, invisaWear keychains that come with pepper spray cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for each returned item. The restocking fee covers the cost of return shipping, inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Subscriptions are non-refundable, and the start date for subscriptions is the date of purchase, not when a device is activated.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping of your items.
