If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we completely understand and are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition. If the product you received is not working properly, please immediately contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order # and the reason for the return with the package. We appreciate any and all feedback so we can make sure to improve in the future.
You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact our support team at email@example.com. Please include your order # and the item you'd like to exchange it for. Once we receive the item, our team will process the exchange order and you will be notified.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
