I didn't care for the cord and so put locket on another chain. Still working out notifications on the app. Keep getting msgs that my Insignia is not connected. But each test goes through alright. I bought this necklace a year ago and it was amazing. I love it. Then about a few weeks in it just stopped working . I tried everything. Contacted Customer service and they tried to help but I just gave up. Then , recently they reached out to see how everything was going and I told them I gave up . They called me right away and tried to troubleshoot. No luck. They told me to send it back and they sent me a brand new one! A++++ for customer service! They stand by their product and I love it!

This alarm looks like a piece of jewelry rather than a big clunky alarm. From its description it sounds like the perfect alarm for me to wear both at home and when I’m out. My one "complaint" is that the pendant itself is a bit bigger than I'd like but I do realize that since it has bluetooth and a button a certain amount of bulk is necessary

Its a God send for me. I needed one but I hated that they screamed I am wearing an alert button. This is beautiful and sized right. Only think the neck chains are too short. I need 22 inches at least to slip over my head. My old fingers cannot do tiny jewelry clasps. I used my own chain with a magnetic clasp. I hope it holds. Also while checking my mail on my phone it went off. Scared me. I have no idea what i did. It keeps telling me to turn off the battery option. I don't have that op on my phone.

I have to say, my first necklace was a dud...completely a fluke, BUT the customer service was phenomenal. Sent me a new one super quick, and it definitely works. I accidentally pressed it outside of the test period. We thought it was supposed to send my husband a text, like in the test mode, but it dialed ADT immediately. He never got a message. Oh well...as long as someone is contacted in an emergency, I suppose. ♀️ Thank you for an alternative to the other Medi kind you where in case you fall and can’t get up. ;)

Invisawear will also send you a email reminder the day before the money is gonna be taken from your account. This device is a cleverly disguised panic button that is designed well enough that the user does not have to be concerned about false activation. The button sits flush with the backside of the pendant and requires a certain timing to activate. It will not activate if pushed erratically, even when done so multiple times. It is simple to use and requires little maintenance. The range of this product is approximately twenty feet and it stays connected to the phone while in that proximity.

The necklace is nice except that the pendent slides up on the chain part of the necklace and I have to keep getting it unstuck. It slides right up on the chain easily enough but can't "unslide" itself It is stylish and easy to use. My biggest problem with it is that it is not waterproof so you have to remove it before you shower (which is a pain and I forgot on the very first day to do it. Also, wonder if you fall in the shower?) If it was waterproof, I would give it 5 stars

Got this today & I’m pretty thrilled to have it. I’ve always been apprehensive of going on blind dates & whatnot without something that is in plain sight but can help you in a crisis without being obvious. Normally I carry a stun gun & two other safety devices on me. And yes you can do the same function on a phone but what if it ends an the bottom of the black hole that is your purse?! I’ve been mugged before & trust me even if your smart, when it happens don’t know how quick it can be.
