I am delighted with the customer service component of this product. Although I have so far not used the emergency notification part of my bracelet I did have a problem with the charm/ button mechanism.. The button actually fell out of the charm. I notified Invisawear and they sent me a new bracelet at no charge! I was surprised and grateful for their response. I hope I never been to use the bracelet in an emergency but knowing I have access to help is a great comfort. Thank you Invisawear for your honesty and help. Bought this bracelet for my girlfriend because as sad as it is, it still isn’t safe for women to walk alone at night. We know this works because she was setting it up right before we played a Christmas game, and she forgot to respond while setting it up. Sure enough 10-14 minutes later the fire department was at the front of the house. We told them what happened and we apologized for the false alarm. I also had updates on the situation as well as tracking on the bracelet in real time. I feel comfortable knowing she has this.

My mother who is 87 years old, lives alone. She thinks she's still young and doesn't need any help. However, my 4 other siblings worry tremendously about her. Therefore, I purchased a monthly subscriber plan to the the huge button you hang around the neck ("I have fallen and can't get up"). I paid for this service for more than 3 years. Unfortunately, come to find out she had not worn the device more than 2 times ever. (She thought it made her look old.) She informed me that she leaves the thing in her nightstand close to her bed (as if that would do any good in an emergency).
I purchased invisawear for my mother in hopes the low profile and attractive jewelry would entice her to wear it. She has not taken it off since the day I had given it to her. She exclaimed to me she is comforted to know she can get emergency assistance anytime / anywhere. I just bought two of these for my twin daughters who are 27 years old. They are a lovely piece of jewelry. We got the bracelets. One got set off by accident the first day; I am not sure if it goes off too easily or it was just new to her. Either way when my other daughter just traveled to Washington I was very happy to see her post on Facebook wearing the bracelet.
It gives me a sense of comfort and relief to know that they have A safety button to press should they need to.
