All in all I am happy with my purchase, I bought 3 (1 for myself and 1 for each of my 2 kids). With the fact that they are for my kids and the simple fact that I live in Florida there are some improvements I would like to see in future designs. I would love to see them be waterproof as I don't love the idea of having to remove them when going to waterparks or when at a theme park and getting on a eater ride. I'm also not a fan of having to leave the app open 24/7 on my phone, it would be great if I could close it but it still be running in the background and work that way as my kids never remember to leave it open and I feel like I'm always having to remind them to open it.

It’s a bit bulkyer than I expected but it was understandable obviously because it has important tech in it. The goal is very pretty and goes with just about everything I have in my closet. The only thing that caught me off guard was its battery life. I should’ve read the fine print a little bit more but I think that 65 bucks a year to replace a charm is nothing compared to the safety and security this device brings.

There’s no access to security services yet for the UK which I hope will come at point, but the texts and exact location GPS tracking is great! I purchased the necklace for my Mom and she and her friends are really impressed with it. It’s really a pretty piece of jewelry.
My Mom was very reluctant to wear other emergency call devices because they were “big and ugly and screamed helpless old person” in her mind. But, she is 81 and although still active and healthy, lives alone in a 2-story house and knew she ought to have something just in case. She was hearing of friends and acquaintances and their stories of being on the ground for hours after a fall before being discovered and recieving help. She is pretty pleased with this necklace and many of her friends are inquiring about getting one themselves.
The only downfall with this is that it is not waterproof and cannot be worn in the shower where many falls can incur. Maybe the company could come up with a silicone cap that could be placed on the locket to waterproof it but still be soft and flexible enough to be pressed in an emergency? That would give this a 5-star plus rating!
This is perfect for anyone at any age whenever you’re alone or in a remote location. A cell phone may not always be within reach or in a service area.

This necklace was all I wanted for my birthday and I loved it so much that I bought one for my pre teen niece, sister and grandmother. The charm is gorgeous, but the peace of mind is priceless. To trigger the alert you press the button 2x so my family's first thought was what if they accidently set it off, but Invisawear took that into consideration so if one manages to accidently trigger the charm then you have 15 seconds to cancel the alert through the app and no worries if that's not enough time because then a support agent from ADT will call/text you to confirm whether or not you need assistance so you just inform them it was an accident.

I bought this for my mom and was concerned about the range of blue tooth reception. We tested it out so that her phone was at one end of the house at the same time she was in the bedroom at the other end and it worked. It also worked from the bottom of the basement stairs when her phone was upstairs in the kitchen. This made me feel better knowing that if she had a fall and couldn’t get to her phone the unit still worked.

I bought two necklaces, one for my daughter and one for myself. I didn't think to look at the different color options so I chose gold for both of us. If I was to purchase again, I would do different colors so we would not confuse them.
I love the emergency features with this jewelry! It is a great comfort to have.
If I could have anything changed, I would prefer a longer chain, perhaps 1-1/2 inches more. Also, my style of jewelry is on the smaller scale, so I need to get use to wearing something that for me, is large and has a little weight to it.
I preferred the necklace over the other options due to emergency situations that could come up--such as having one hand held by someone or broken from a car accident. If I needed that hand to click the charm for help, I would not be able to do so. With the keychain, I not always have my keys readily available and I could drop them or if they are in my purse, the purse could be snatched from me.
I wished the price was lower, as I would buy more for gifts and I wish I could order replacement batteries and not another charm. I understand the price is lower of the replacement, but I still would prefer the price of a battery.

Being a woman, I never feel comfortable or safe walking alone at night. I do carry pepper spray, but I doubt that in a panic situation I’ll be able to use it without fumbling with it. invisaWear gives me a sense of safety and control when in commonly dangerous situations- double clicking the emblem is easily accessible and subtle, and I feel so much safer knowing that I’m only two clicks away from help if I need it.
